If you love authenticity, there is no better place for you than the Christmas Market at the Lake Braies.
Ensembles of wind instruments and the small choirs will entertain visitors with Christmas music and carols. You will also find many traditional handmade items, like decorations for the Christmas tree made of straw, wood, and glass, or soft warm felt slippers, just to name a few of the products that 30 local craftsmen offer.
The horse and carriage tours, the petting donkey and sheep zoos, and the arrival of Santa Claus on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, will fill with joy children and adults alike.

You should definately try the ice skating on the mountain lake!
